Transit times are in working days and are subject to change depending on location of collection and delivery, weight and value.
Shipments within the EU are subject to VAT at the current rate.
Out-of-hours collection, weekend deliveries and deliveries outside DHL’s present service areas can be made on request.
Some consignments may be liable to taxes or duty when they arrive at their destination.
If your shipment is lightweight, you may be charged for its volumetric weight rather than its actual weight. Use the greater of these two weights to determine the shipping cost.
